The staff were incredibly kind and helpful especially Jeff the bellman who went out of his way to make sure our check-in was smooth and our bags were handled with care plus the location was great just a short walk from all the popular spots

It was a bit pricey but honestly for the experience it was acceptable

The room was large, but the WiFi was not working properly during our stay.

Spent 1 night here and it was just what I needed. The room was cozy and comfy, and I loved that the bathroom was recently updated. The location was super convenient for walking around and checking out the city. They had free coffee and snacks in the lounge too. Just a bit noisy at night, but it’s NYC, right?

During my stay, I loved being just a short stroll from both Times Square and the expansive Central Park, making my weekend explorations a breeze. the friendly staff also made it easy to settle in and enjoy the cozy vibe of my room.

Arriving to cheerful staff was delightful. The room was large for NYC and the rain shower was refreshing. Enjoyed the location, walking to Central Park was easy.

We had a fantastic family stay at this cozy spot! The location was just perfect, right by the Broadway Theater District and Times Square. Our kids loved being so close to all the theaters and Central Park. The staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, even accommodating our delayed luggage!

In my wife’s opinion, the AC was pretty loud at night. It was tricky to get a good night's sleep with the constant noise, and having two large beds felt cramped for our family of four. A soundproofing improvement would enhance the experience for families.

Fantastic staff, excellent location, and comfy accommodations.

I had a lovely stay at Ameritania At Times Square. The central location made exploring easy, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room. While noise from the street occasionally disturbed my sleep, the friendly staff more than made up for it with their helpfulness. Would definitely return!
